Question 1 : Do you deliver to My Address…???
SHOPPING WITH US IS AWESOME, EASY AND THE BEST PART, COMPLETELY SECURE.
The first thing you need to know is that we deliver to length and breadth of India (home address, business addresses and PO Boxes) and we accept payment via Direct Deposit, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking and PayU Money.
Question 2 : How to register…???
When you are ready to complete your order, simply click the Checkout button and fill in your details. Please note that you do not need to set up an account with ChotaPacket.Com to make a purchase but it does allow you to track orders and account credits.
When you return to shop with us, just log in using your email address and password at the checkout. Dont worry, its cool because we will have all your personal details saved in the “My Account” area so you don’t have to waste time re-entering them.
FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD?
Uh Oh! No problem. Follow the link here and we’ll email you a new secure password. Then, when you next log in using this new password you can change it to something more memorable in the “My Account” section.
Question 3: Can I Search the product or Category…???
SHOP BY PRODUCT CATEGORY, TYPE OR SEARCH
To make shopping with ChotaPacket.Com super easy we have grouped our products into categories. Click on any category in the menu bar at the top of the page to navigate to the products you’re interested in.
If you wish to search for a product our search box is at the the top of the page. Enter a keyword, such as ‘butterfly’ or ‘birthday’, and you’ll be presented with every product available that matches your search criteria.
Question 4: How to add items to my cart…???
ADD ITEMS TO YOUR CART
When you find a product you want to buy, simply click on the name of the product to proceed through to the product page. Here you will be able to select your product, colours, and also to enter the name or names you wish to personalise your product with. We are able to personalise all products with both first and last names or even nicknames. You can then go to your updated Shopping Cart by clicking “Cart” in the menu bar on the right hand side of the page, where you can edit by adjusting quantities and clicking the Update button. If you are happy with your Shopping Cart you can either Checkout or Continue Shopping. You can add as many different products as you like to your Shopping Cart.
If you decide not to buy a particular item, check the Remove box and click ‘Update.’ That item will be removed from your list of purchases and your sub-total will be re-calculated.
If you are logged in and for any reason can’t complete a purchase, your current Shopping Cart is automatically saved, and ready for the next time you log in = AWESOME!

CHECKOUT STEP 1 – LOGIN
Once on the checkout page you can log in using your email address and password. New customers will need to enter your email address to register here.
CHECKOUT STEP 2 – CUSTOMER DETAILS
New customers will need to enter your personal details and add a Delivery Address and Billing Address (if different). If you are a returning customer this page displays your currently selected Delivery Address, you will be able to amend those details on this page if they are incorrect.
CHECKOUT STEP 3 – SHIPPING METHODS
Choose from the available Shipping Methods.
CHECKOUT – STEP 4 – SELECT PAYMENT DETAILS
On this page you must choose your payment option, Paypal, Direct Debit or Credit Card. If you are paying with a credit card, enter your credit card details, you will then be taken to the NAB transact page to confirm your details.
CHECKOUT STEP 5 – ACCEPTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note that to proceed through to payment you will need to accept our terms and conditions. If you are happy with your order, click the Place Order button.
CHECKOUT STEP 6 – ORDER COMPLETE!
Your order will now be processed and we will send you an order confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way with tracking details.
Question 6: How to Sign For Chota Packet Newsletter…???

During the checkout process you will be asked if you would like to sign up to our newsletter. This is not compulsory to complete your order but is great for keeping up to date with special offers, new products, sales events and discounts.
Question 7: How to redeem Discount Coupon…???
DISCOUNT COUPON REDEMPTION
If you have received a Discount Coupon or have claimed one of our Facebook special offers, you should receive an email which will include a Coupon Code. Simply enter this code in the box provided before Checkout and click the ‘Apply Coupon’ button before progressing. Please note only one coupon can be used per order.
Question 8: What Can I Print On My Items…???
We love that fact that we are a little bit different when it comes to printing names on stuff. We don’t have any of the regular old restrictions, you can use as many letters as you like, entire sentences even, what ever rocks your boat, we’re cool like that.
Some of our fonts are a little bit fancy and decorative, and are intended to compliment the design, so please ensure that you check out the product image before placing an order. Some of our fonts used all uppercase, or all lowercase, or use mixed case representations (eg. ‘A’ for a lowercase ‘a’, ‘j’ for uppercase ‘J’, etc), so in these cases, it won’t matter how you have typed the name as the font may represent it differently.
At Chota Packet, we’re constantly trying to improve, and some of our designs may vary in detail from the product example pictures, as we revisit older designs and adjust those to include more detail, graphic elements, colours, placement, effects, resolution or other design and/or print tools and techniques that we believe improve the design.
Similarly, some designs may be removed from the lineup at times so they won’t always be available, and they won’t always be available across the product range.
On the flip side we do have a few rules: WE WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PRINT ANYTHING THAT DETRACTS FROM OUR LABEL, INCLUDING: Licensed Images, Harassing, threatening, derogatory, defamatory, racist, abusive, hateful, violent or obscene wording, your order will be cancelled immediately.
We print on kids stuff, thats how we roll.
Question 9: Chota Packet “Design Your Own Stuff” Service…???
Please ensure that all images are kept below 5mb. Anything submitted over this size will cause all of our servers to explode and we will no longer be able to provide Chota Packet awesomeness to other peeps, so be cool peeps….be cool. We are quite happy to print almost anything that you choose to design using this service except for Licensed images and graphics subject to copyright. As the creator of your “© Dezign Your Own Stuff” product, By uploading your images you are assuming copyright and responsibility for those images and agree to obeying the laws of India. Chota Packet DOES NOT accept responsibility for the contents of the file you submit. We reserve the right not to produce any item that may breach our guidelines.
Chota Packet shall not accept liability or damage for the loss of files that you submit. Please ensure that you take care when uploading your images and designing your product as that is how it will be printed. If you think the resolution of your image is too low, please contact us.
